• If you do not eat or your food does not contain fat - do not take Orlistat.

Orlistat is a gastrointestinal inhibitor of a lipase, allowing to block uptake of fats during the process of digestion.

Orlistat has to be stored at ambient temperature, 68 - 77 degrees by Farenheit (20 - 25 degrees C). Store it in protected from high temperature, humidity, and light place, out of reach of children and domestic animals.

Do not use Orlistat if:

• you have hypersensitivity to any component of Orlistat;
• your weight does not exceed norm;
• you have troubles with digestion or problems with a biliary secretion (cholestasis);
• you had an organ transplantation;
• you take cyclosporine.

• Orlistat can cause changes in your intestine or a stool (for example, gas with oil impregnations, a frequent liquid stool). The use of food with the low level of fat can help to reduce these side effects.
• At the patients sick of diabetes, Orlistat can affect Saccharum level in a blood. Check Saccharum level. Consult with the doctor before you change the dose of a medicine for diabetes.
• Use of Orlistat at patients lesser 18 years is contraindicative.
• Do not take Orlistat during pregnancy and breast-feeding. If you have become pregnant - consult with the doctor.

Following insignificant side effects can be observed in the course of treatment:

• Diarrhea; increased meteorism; a liquid or frequent stool; problems with control over intestinal discharge.

• Serious allergic responses; a constant severe pain in a stomach.

Orlistat is to be used only by the patient for whom it is prescribed. Do not share it with other people.
